3. Third-Party Data Sharing
Tony AI shares data with the following third-party services strictly for functionality:
Google Gemini (AI Processing)
- Data sent: Text input (AI Writer, Translator) and images (AI image tools)
- Purpose: AI processing and content generation
- Retention: Processed in real-time; not stored by Tony AI after completion

fal.ai (Image Processing)
- Data sent: Images for background removal, upscaling, and text removal
- Purpose: AI image processing

4. Data Security
- All AI requests are routed through our secure server proxy — no API keys are stored on your device
- Chat messages use the Telegram protocol with end-to-end encryption support
- Data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- AI tool processing is stateless — no input/output history is maintained on our servers

6. Cookies & Tracking
- Tony AI is a native mobile application and does not use browser cookies.
- We do not use advertising trackers or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.
- We do not participate in cross-app advertising or data broker networks.
- The news feed in the Explore tab does not track which articles you read.
7. Your Rights
- Access: You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion: You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.
- Portability: Chat data is managed by Telegram and can be exported via Telegram's tools.
- Opt-out: You can use AI tools without logging in (guest/browse mode). You can disconnect your Telegram account at any time.
- Withdraw consent: Uninstalling the App withdraws consent for data collection.
8. Children's Data
Tony AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
9. Regional Compliance
- Korea (PIPA): We comply with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. Data processing is limited to stated purposes.
- EU (GDPR): If applicable, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability.
- California (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. California residents may exercise their rights by contacting us.

6. 쿠키 및 추적
- 토니 AI은 네이티브 모바일 애플리케이션으로 브라우저 쿠키를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 앱 간 이용자를 추적하는 광고 트래커 또는 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.
- 크로스 앱 광고 또는 데이터 브로커 네트워크에 참여하지 않습니다.
- 탐색 탭의 뉴스 피드는 이용자가 읽은 기사를 추적하지 않습니다.
7. 이용자 권리
- 열람권: 당사가 보유한 개인정보의 사본을 요청하실 수 있습니다.
- 삭제권: 문의를 통해 데이터 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
- 이동권: 채팅 데이터는 Telegram이 관리하며, Telegram 도구를 통해 내보낼 수 있습니다.
- 거부권: 로그인 없이 AI 도구를 이용하실 수 있습니다 (게스트/탐색 모드). 언제든지 Telegram 계정 연결을 해제할 수 있습니다.

8. 아동 데이터 보호
