Tony AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Tony AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Tony AI is an AI-powered assistant and messaging application that provides:
- AI text tools (writing assistant, translator)
- AI image tools (background removal, upscaling, text removal, image generation)
- AI-curated news feed
- Secure messaging powered by the Telegram protocol
3. Account and Authentication
- You may browse AI tools, news feed, and settings without creating an account.
- Using AI tools and messaging features requires authentication via your Telegram account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Tony AI.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Tony AI to:
- Generate or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse AI tool functionality
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
5. AI-Generated Content
- AI tools provide results on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
- You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated text and images.
- AI processing is stateless — no history of your inputs or outputs is maintained.
- We reserve the right to filter or block requests that violate content safety guidelines.
6. Intellectual Property
- Tony AI and its original features (AI tools, news curation, UI design) are owned by Tony AI.
- The messaging protocol is provided by Telegram under its open-source license (GPLv2).
- Content you create using AI tools belongs to you, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.
7. Third-Party Services
Tony AI relies on third-party services including Telegram, Google Gemini, fal.ai, and Supabase. Your use of these services through Tony AI is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain App availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- AI tools depend on third-party APIs and may experience downtime or rate limiting.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with or without notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tony AI and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Tony AI at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

토니 AI("본 앱")을 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용함으로써 이용자는 본 서비스 이용약관("약관")에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 앱을 사용하지 마시기 바랍니다.
2. 서비스 설명
토니 AI은 다음 기능을 제공하는 AI 기반 어시스턴트 및 메시징 애플리케이션입니다:
- AI 텍스트 도구 (글쓰기 어시스턴트, 번역기)
- AI 이미지 도구 (배경 제거, 업스케일, 텍스트 제거, 이미지 생성)
- AI 선별 뉴스 피드
- Telegram 프로토콜 기반 보안 메시징
3. 계정 및 인증
- 계정 없이도 AI 도구, 뉴스 피드, 설정을 둘러보실 수 있습니다.
- AI 도구 및 메시징 기능 사용을 위해서는 Telegram 계정을 통한 인증이 필요합니다.
- 이용자는 계정 자격 증명의 보안 유지에 대한 책임을 집니다.
- 토니 AI을 이용하려면 만 13세 이상이어야 합니다.
4. 이용 규칙
이용자는 토니 AI을 다음 목적으로 사용하는 것에 동의하지 않습니다:
- 불법적이거나 유해하거나 모욕적인 콘텐츠 생성 또는 배포
- 다른 이용자에 대한 괴롭힘, 협박 또는 위협
- 이용 한도 우회 시도 또는 AI 도구 기능 남용
- 앱 역설계, 디컴파일 또는 분해
- 관련 법령 또는 규정을 위반하는 목적의 앱 사용
- 타인의 지식재산권을 침해하는 콘텐츠 생성
5. AI 생성 콘텐츠
- AI 도구는 결과를 "있는 그대로" 제공합니다. 당사는 AI 생성 콘텐츠의 정확성, 완전성 또는 적합성을 보장하지 않습니다.
- AI 생성 텍스트 및 이미지의 사용에 대한 책임은 전적으로 이용자에게 있습니다.
- AI 처리는 무상태(stateless) 방식으로 이루어지며, 입력값 또는 출력값의 기록이 유지되지 않습니다.
- 당사는 콘텐츠 안전 지침을 위반하는 요청을 필터링하거나 차단할 권리를 보유합니다.
6. 지식재산권
- 토니 AI 및 그 고유 기능(AI 도구, 뉴스 큐레이션, UI 디자인)에 대한 권리는 토니 AI에 귀속됩니다.
- 메시징 프로토콜은 오픈소스 라이선스(GPLv2) 하에 Telegram이 제공합니다.
- AI 도구를 통해 이용자가 생성한 콘텐츠는 기반 AI 제공업체의 이용약관에 따라 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
7. 서드파티 서비스
토니 AI은 Telegram, Google Gemini, fal.ai, Supabase 등 서드파티 서비스에 의존합니다. 토니 AI을 통한 해당 서비스 이용은 각 서비스의 이용약관 및 정책에도 적용됩니다.
8. 서비스 가용성
- 당사는 앱 가용성 유지를 위해 노력하나 중단 없는 서비스를 보장하지 않습니다.
- AI 도구는 서드파티 API에 의존하므로 서비스 중단 또는 이용 제한이 발생할 수 있습니다.
- 당사는 예고 없이 언제든지 기능을 수정, 중단 또는 폐지할 수 있습니다.
9. 책임 제한
법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, 토니 AI 및 그 개발자는 데이터, 수익 또는 이익 손실을 포함하되 이에 한정되지 않는, 앱 사용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
본 앱은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로" 및 "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다.
10. 계약 해지
당사는 본 약관을 위반하거나 다른 이용자 또는 서비스에 해를 끼친다고 판단되는 행위에 대해 사전 통보 없이 언제든지 이용자의 토니 AI 접근을 종료하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
11. 약관 변경
당사는 수시로 본 약관을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 후 앱을 계속 사용하는 것은 개정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 이 페이지 상단의 "최종 수정일"을 업데이트합니다.
12. 준거법
본 약관은 법률 충돌 조항에 관계없이 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석되고 적용됩니다.
