Account Information
Tony AI uses the Telegram messaging protocol for chat functionality. When you connect your Telegram account, we access your Telegram profile (name, phone number, profile photo) solely to enable messaging features.
AI Tool Usage
- Text tools (AI Writer, Translator): Text you submit is sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI) for processing. We do not store your input text or AI-generated results after processing is complete.
- Image tools (Remove BG, Upscale, Remove Text, AI Generate): Images you submit are processed through our secure server proxy using Google Gemini and fal.ai APIs. We do not store your images after processing is complete.
News Feed
The Explore tab displays AI-curated news from publicly available sources. We do not track which articles you read.
Device Information
We may collect basic device information (OS version, device model) for app compatibility and crash reporting purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI tool functionality (text transformation, translation, image processing)
- To enable secure messaging through the Telegram protocol
- To display curated news content
- To improve app performance and fix bugs
4. Third-Party Services
Tony AI integrates with the following third-party services:

- fal.ai: AI image processing (background removal, upscaling)
- Supabase: Secure API proxy and news feed content delivery

5. Data Storage and Security
- AI tool inputs and outputs are processed in real-time and not stored on our servers
- All AI requests are routed through our secure server proxy — no API keys are stored on your device
- Chat messages are handled by the Telegram protocol with end-to-end encryption support
- News articles are cached in device memory only and cleared when the app is closed
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data is only shared with the third-party AI providers listed above, solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI functionality.
7. Your Rights
- You can use AI tools without creating an account (browse-only mode)
- You can disconnect your Telegram account at any time
- All AI processing is stateless - no history is maintained
- You can delete your account at any time through Telegram's account deletion process
8. Children's Privacy
Tony AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
